Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the qk999 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration Information

When registering an account with qk999, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and updating it promptly if any details change.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qk999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
• You must not share your qk999 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• qk999 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from qk999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You agree to notify qk999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• qk999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC Verification

qk999 is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and where required, proof of payment method ownership, when requested by qk999. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

qk999 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods approved for use on the platform, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT TRC20. Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• qk999 does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued by Pakistani banks or international institutions where gambling-related transactions are restricted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. qk999 reserves the right to modify these limits without notice.
• Deposits credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, processing error, or any other reason — must be reported immediately. qk999 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.
• qk999 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which qk999 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals from your qk999 account are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account must have completed the qk999 KYC verification process in full, including identity verification and, where applicable, payment method ownership verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit (in line with anti-money laundering obligations).
• Any active Bonus Funds in your account must have their associated Wagering Requirements fully met before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

Processing Times

qk999 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes. Actual times may vary based on payment provider processing, security review requirements, and banking hours:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PKT).
• USDT TRC20: Typically dispatched within 30 minutes; blockchain confirmation time varies.

qk999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Standard Wagering Requirements at qk999 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. The specific requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of offer.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• qk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and the bonus credited, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus — will be forfeited and the associated account(s) suspended.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

All sports bets placed on the qk999 platform are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the qk999 Betting Rules documentation.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when qk999 issues a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. A bet placed without receiving a confirmation should be assumed void until confirmed by the qk999 support team.
• qk999 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where an obvious pricing error has occurred. An obvious error is defined as a price that materially deviates from the fair market price at the time of bet placement and could not reasonably have been accepted by qk999 under normal operating conditions.
• In-play betting markets close at specific points during live events as determined by qk999. Any bet placed after the official closing of an in-play market will be rejected. qk999 is not responsible for network or connectivity delays on the player's side that result in a bet being placed after market closure.
• qk999 applies maximum win limits on a per-event, per-market, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be updated without notice.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC, domestic competitions, and all other cricket markets — is subject to the specific cricket betting rules applicable at the time of the event. qk999 follows recognised international cricket betting governance guidelines for the settlement of all cricket markets.

All casino games available on qk999 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and lottery products — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers whose products have been independently tested and certified for fairness and RNG integrity by accredited testing laboratories.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game on the qk999 platform are the certified theoretical RTPs provided by the game supplier and validated by independent testing. Actual returns over any given session will vary.
• qk999 is not the operator of the casino games themselves — it is the platform through which licensed game content is accessed. Technical malfunctions within a game engine are the responsibility of the software supplier. qk999 will liaise with the supplier on your behalf in the event of a disputed game outcome.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical events (card dealing, roulette spinning) conducted by human dealers in licensed studios. These outcomes are beyond the control of qk999.
• Players must not engage in any practice designed to exploit software bugs, glitches, or malfunctions for profit. Any such exploitation will result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qk999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one qk999 account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or in communications with qk999 support.
• Using the qk999 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that, in qk999's reasonable determination, constitute abuse of the platform's pricing or bonus systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any qk999 software or game content.
• Accessing the qk999 platform on behalf of any individual who is ineligible to hold a qk999 account, including minors under 21 years of age.

qk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• A determination that the account was opened or is being used by an ineligible person, including a minor under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or immediate family member of a qk999 employee or software supplier employee.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for cause, qk999 may withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting qk999 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance net of pending transactions will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available to Players

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate and increases require a cooling-off period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qk999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the qk999 platform without the express prior written consent of qk999.
• Use of qk999 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial context — including for the purpose of advertising, promotional material, or comparative advertising — is strictly prohibited without a written licence agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in any way connected with your access to or use of the qk999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network interruption.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qk999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — qk999 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the qk999 platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the qk999 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the qk999 platform immediately and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qk999 holds its international gaming licence.
